Shipping Times

In-stock items generally ship within 2-4 days via USPS. However, I'm just 1 little guy so during high volumes of orders, it may take a little longer.

USPS Domestic shipping (USA) takes 1-5 business days depending on shipping class.

USPS International shipping takes 1-20 business days depending on shipping class.

Lost or Damaged Goods

*USPS provides insurance of up to $100 on all packages except for First-Class Mail (envelopes) *

If your tracking information hasn't updated in a while, try contacting your local post office to see if they're holding onto anything under your address/tracking number or check with anyone who has access to your mail.

If your package is still lost, contact me with your order number and I'll see what I can do (please keep in mind, I don't work for/with the USPS so I'm not privy to some secret tracking information). I can submit an insurance claim on your behalf and work on a replacement for in-stock items or refund you your purchase.

International Shipping

Shipping rates are based on the lowest shipping rates through my discount on Shopify.

Tax/import/brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that there may be additional fees to receive your package through your local post.

Purchases from United Kingdom: Because of the UK's VAT laws, I can not ship to UK customers as a small business. However, you can purchase through my Etsy store as Etsy can process VAT.

Purchases from Germany: Because of Germany's recent VerpackG laws, I can not ship to Germany as a small business. Etsy does not have a work around but if you are willing to take the risk, you can send your package to someone you trust outside of Germany and have them mail it to you.

 

Terms of Sale

I do not accept cancellations and all sales are final. Please be thoughtful when making your purchase. Refunds do not return all the money to me and I am just an independent artist running a small business.

I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

I do not allow scalping of my merch, however may resell any of my merch for the price you bought it. If I have reason to believe you are buying with the intent to make a resale profit, I will block you and cancel your orders.
